São projetos de última hora, &lt;b&gt;integrações de equipes&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;para ativação de campanhas, ou simplesmente para resgatar os melhores momentos do ano! Tudo sempre para &lt;i&gt;"daqui dois dias"&lt;/i&gt;! (risos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #20124d;"&gt;Mas é no meio de todos esse &lt;i&gt;"caos criativo"&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;que surgem nossas melhores &lt;i&gt;"pérolas"&lt;/i&gt;... E sempre que ouço esse tipo de resposta sei que o &lt;i&gt;"diálogo"&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;será longo... requerendo, talvez, mais de um encontro!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;E por que isso acontece!? Simples! Porque os envolvidos na mediação ainda não estão ali com o &lt;/span&gt;propósito&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt; de&amp;nbsp;&lt;i&gt;construírem um acordo!&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;E enquanto este não for o objetivo, não haverá resultado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Bem, numa ação com os colaboradores e equipes de trabalho&amp;nbsp;funciona assim também. As &lt;/span&gt;PESSOAS&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;precisam&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;SER Presente Lá&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;e não apenas &lt;i&gt;"estar lá"&lt;b&gt;!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Para isso temos de &lt;b&gt;ir além&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;do simples &lt;i&gt;"convite"&lt;/i&gt;, ou da &lt;i&gt;"convocação"&lt;/i&gt;. É preciso conquistar as pessoas para estarem lá por completo. Elas devem reconhecer não apenas a importância do que será dito (foco do conteúdo), mas de que a presença e a participação de cada um é o que fará valer à pena o encontro. Sempre buscando novas abordagens, novas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;atividades lúdico-cognitivas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;, inovando na maneira de dialogar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;A &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;AtoCorp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;já nasceu a partir de um processo de diálogo. Para quem ainda não conhece a história, a primeira proposta de trabalho nossa foi a de levar a linguagem do teatro como ferramenta de educação! Imaginem só! (risos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Na primeira reunião, quanto apresentamos a proposta de trabalho, a resposta do cliente (na verdade ainda um &lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;prospecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;) foi "NÃO". Não havia muito interesse neste formato. Já haviam tentado algo parecido sem o resultado desejado. Então, do nada, olhamos para o cliente, viramos a folha com a proposta e perguntamos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;"como tem de ser para atender a necessidade de vocês"!?&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: normal;"&gt;. A surpresa foi inevitável!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: normal;"&gt;Uma hora e meia depois, tínhamos em mão uma nova ideia, um novo produto, um novo conceito. Daí foi só chamar mais gente para um conversa aberta, investigando demandas, explorando novas visões. E nunca mais paramos de fazer isso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: normal;"&gt;Estamos às vésperas de nossos cinco anos de vida, num mercado cada dia mais dinâmico! Nosso propósito é apenas um: &lt;i&gt;provocar você a dialogar mais!!!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Temos, hoje, acesso a uma gama gigantesca de modelos, métodos e ferramentas de promover uma boa conversa. A própria &lt;i&gt;Investigação Apreciativa&lt;/i&gt;, a &lt;i&gt;Tecnologia do Espaço Aberto&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;(&lt;i&gt;Open Space&lt;/i&gt;, que resurgiu numa nova onda da moda, como se fosse novo - rs!!!) e a &lt;i&gt;Biologia Cultural&lt;/i&gt;, todas formas de expandir o diálogo. As pessoas, e as &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;organizações&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, mais do que nunca, precisam, ou merecem, isso!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;A maioria das iniciativas em &lt;i&gt;Treinamento&amp;amp;Desenvolvimento&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;surgem pela necessidade de mudar pequenos &lt;i&gt;"hábitos"&lt;/i&gt;. E, a partir daí, se cria uma discussão fenomenal com aqueles que defendem que não podemos "treinar" pessoas. &amp;nbsp;Mas vamos deixar esse debate semiótico de lado por um momento, só para falar da &lt;b&gt;mudança&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;em si!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;A &lt;i&gt;"mudança de hábitos"&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;não pode se basear na imposição de novas regras, nem mesmo no "convencimento". Será que ainda ouviríamos um simples não, ou haveria, no mínimo, uma &lt;i&gt;pausa dramática&lt;/i&gt;, para então um "talvez..."!? (hahahaha)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Dê a chance das pessoas participarem na construção de seus novos hábitos... Está mais para o que eu chamo de &lt;i&gt;"constatação de um fato"&lt;/i&gt;, pois a verdade é que não temos nos ouvido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Já vinha percebendo isso nos processos de diálogo (aquela coisa que duas ou mais pessoas, normalmente, fazem quando se encontram), na dificuldade das pessoas deixarem que alguém conclua sua idéia para, então, contra-argumentar. E olha que eu nem vou falar, aqui e agora, de outra característica que seria cômica, não fosse ela trágica, a situação em que duas pessoas falam a mesma coisa, porém, como se estivessem em lados opostos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Bem, recentemente, descobri que isso também ocorre nas tão aclamadas ferramentas da &lt;i&gt;internet&lt;/i&gt;. Perceba que todos os dias (ou seria melhor dizer a cada segundo) milhões de informações, provocações e descrições sem nexo, tudo é jogado na internet. Por um lado, tudo isso parece ótimo, afinal de contas as pessoas estão se expressando, porém, onde estão os ávidos leitores de todos estes perfis, &lt;i&gt;tweets&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;e &lt;i&gt;blogs!?!?!?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Eu, é claro, me incluo aqui, mais um cara escrevendo para você (é, você mesmo, afinal você está lendo, não está!?), procurando... sei lá, &lt;i&gt;trocar uma idéia!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Mas então vem a provocação: &lt;i&gt;por que a gente não se encontra para um café e bate ÀQUELE papo!?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Ok, ok, eu sei, está frio, você quase não tem tempo para mais nada... Mas está aqui lendo isso, não está!? font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Está difícil de imaginar algo assim!? Então tente pensar como seria se todos os momentos do seu dia fossem vividos de maneira "integral"!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #0c343d; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Como seria se, ao invés de dividir o tempo de um dia em momentos (alguns agradáveis, outros de puro estresse), nós aprendêssemos a tornar cada momento &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;integral&lt;/i&gt;!?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #0c343d; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Nós defendemos que um treinamento, por exemplo, não precisa ter o momento da "brincadeira" e a hora da "seriedade", pois podemos tornar a aprendizagem dinâmica, criando uma &lt;i&gt;intervenção&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;que seja divertida, sem perder o foco!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #0c343d;
